TRAIL is the acronym for Te Ara Tikanga Rare and Investigator-Led Biorepository and Biobank, which is a Pathology Department, University of Otago Biorepository / Biobank.

TRAIL Biorepository / Biobank aims to to provide quality human tissue biorepository infrastructure and resources, primarily to support the collection of human tissues and associated data from patients with rare disorders, and also investigator-led collection of specific tissues from patients with non-rare conditions.
